I have published a S123 form (with S123 connected) that will be embedded in an experience builder application. This form will be public, and will be accessible both on a computer, but also on a smart phone.
One of the things I am experiencing with the user interface, is that with a select multiple question, there is not a check box, but instead it highlights the whole choice. I would like for it to be check boxes, similar to how it would look in the S123 app. How would I go about setting up my appearance for a select multiple question so it displays as a check box.
When the whole choice is highlighted, and the user needs to unselect one of the items, it does not respond unless you click a choice above or below it, then it will unselect that item. The check mark would be visual feedback to unselecting the option.
Thanks!
Hi @MeganEngel I am not sure I follow. Below is an animation of a checklist (select_multiple question type) in the Survey123 web app. I see checkboxes (checkmarks). When you say that there are no checkmarks. What do you mean? Can you show an animation of screenshot?
I sent you a PM with a snap showing the behavior.
