Conditional Formatting in a report template table

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to include any conditional formatting within a table as part of a report template. I am looking to color code the background of a cell based on the answer of a select_one question that is a part of a repeat. Example of what I am hoping the output report would look like:

Where each row in this table would be the answers from 1 repeat record in a form.
