Completed integer questions showing as blank when record is re-opened

My users and I have recently started encountering a problem where some, but not all, integer questions within a completed and successfully submitted form are appearing blank when that record is re-opened.  This problem is present when the record is opened in either view-only or editing mode, and is present on both Survey123 for Windows and Survey123 for iOS.

The integer questions exhibiting this problem are within a nested repeat.  However, there is at least one other integer question within the same nested repeat that successfully displays its previously-entered value.

When the records are examined in either the Survey123 web dashboard or via ArcGIS Pro, the entered values are present in the tables so no data loss seems to be actually occurring. 

However this issue prevents any users who only have the app from checking previously entered data, and it also locks them out of checking subsequent records within the repeat, because the integer fields in question are required and the app won't let the user click through to the next repeated record (even in view-only mode) because it's registering required fields as blank.

Hi @Galen_S_MnDOT 

Which versions of Survey123 Connect and the field app are you seeing this behaviour? Regarding the integer questions with blank values - do any of these contain a calculation? Are there any relevant expressions or appearances applied (to either the questions or the repeat itself)? If it's possible to share the XLSForm that would be useful for narrowing down the cause of the issue.
