I just took a look at your xlsx file. It appears you created this survey originally in the web designer in the Survey123 website, and now you are trying to modify it in Connect?
What changes are you trying to make that caused the error? Note that there is limitations to editing a web designer survey in Connect, and vice versa, depending on the actions. This is because there are views and other related dependencies that are created when you create a web designer survey.
I took you xlsx file and published from Connect as a new survey just fine, so there is nothing wrong with the xlsx file, the problem is related to the exact changes you are trying to make compared to the original survey.
