Cloning Survey123 from AGOL to Enterprise error

Hi all.

I am working on a task to migrate some AGOL Survey123 forms to a new ArcGIS Enterprise instance.

I have been following the instructions on the S123 tools github page, but I'm getting this error during the cloning.

I have seen other posts where users have managed to get it working using Python 3.6, however, I am reluctant to use this version as it's no longer supported and would prefer to get this working with a newer version of Python.

My versions are:

python 3.9.16

arcgis 2.1.0.2

arcgispro 3.1 0
