Sorry if this an issue that has been reported before. I've not used survey123 for a while now and I'm just getting back into it running a few tests in both the web designer and also survey123 connect. This question is related to the web designer.
I tried to create a very simple survey with 1 text question and one map question. I've published the survey and then updated the sharing options in the collaborate tab so that Everyone (public) can only add new records. I then republished the survey. The Sharing settings when the survey layers are viewed in AGOL have been updated. The fetaure layer_form and the form itself now have public level sharing. The fetaure layer_form is also approved for public data collection.
I then copied the survey link so I could test accessing it not logged in with my ESRI credentials to simulate being a memeber of the public recieving the link. I logged out of AGOL. When I try and use the link, the browser opens and prompts me for ESRI credentials. If I was a member of the public without an ESRI acocount, the survey is not accessible.
Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and why making a survey public isn't working?
