Hello,
I have successfully established a connection between Survey123, Integromat and ArcGIS Enterprise.
When I submit a survey, an email is sent to the appropriate recipient.
However, every 10 minutes (approximately), I need to reauthorize the connection as I get the error shown in the attachment.
Considering the workflow will address a live, intensive process, a 10 minute time-out is not an option.
I have created a connection via my SAML Enterprise Log-in that has 2FA and via the Service Account that is created for ArcGIS Enterprise implementation. In both accounts, I hold admin privileges, but time out persists.
Would you please be able to provide some help?

Tried to repeat the reauthorisation process after the weekend: both accounts, I get the same error, the reauthorisation is not accepted. This did not happen before. Problem is not solved by creating a new connection either (attachment 2)

Could you try to check and reset the default token expiration time?
Specify the default token expiration time—Portal for ArcGIS (10.7 and 10.7.1) | ArcGIS Enterprise

The max token expiration minutes are fine as you set to unlimited.
What version of ArcGIS enterprise are you using?
I get the same error and I am using 10.8.1
Any updates to this? I get a timeout error when trying to access Integromat with 10.9 Enterprise login.
