Has anyone had issues recently with S123 forms having a 0,0 location despite using the Survey Widget in Experience Builder to pass data into a S123 form?
I had it working 3 weeks ago, but suddenly it's not working and I have spent many hours trouble shooting the reasons as to why.

Hello @LydiaWerner_MAC,
Is the location being populated from the data passed from Experience Builder, or is it populated from the devices location?
If it's populated from the devices location it may be possible that the browser doesn't have access to the devices location, or location may be disabled in the systems privacy settings.
@ZacharySutherby , I'm using EB to pass data into the survey. I had gotten this to work previously when the user selected an existing GIS feature from the map. Now it's not working and I have been trying to figure out why for several weeks.
