Standardize what the Field App menu buttons do

As I am putting together a News Post for an issue that shouldn't even exist (new surveys not downloading External Choice lists), I am realizing that the Field App menu options don't even have the same result, meaning I need two different sets of instructions...

Can these menu options do the same thing?

Having to create so. many. training items. for the same thing is a little ridiculous.

EDIT: I updated the image. I realized I forgot to update some text after copy-pasting. Basically, "Save in Drafts" kicks you back to the main screen whereas "Close and lose changes" doesn't.

Agreed - this is a pretty critical UX issue and should have been addressed long ago. The whole survey123 download surveys workflow is convoluted and frustrating to users (and me).
