Num Pad size should be based on screen size

The Num Pad for "numbers" appearance currently defaults to the column width (see below). This can make it very small to completely unusable (especially on smaller screens).

"Number" appearance when not confined to a column:

The num pad size should not be influenced by column width.

This is great! I also find that the number pad sometimes covers the entire screen on smaller screens (iphones), then we have numbers entered wrong as the user tries to scroll down to the next question.
