Generative AI Arcade Assistant Everywhere

Problem: The current Arcade Assistant is limited to Map Viewer labeling and field calculations. Many workflows (Dashboards, Experience Builder, Survey123, StoryMaps) also rely on Arcade, but without AI help.

Enhancement: Expand the Arcade Assistant to all ArcGIS apps where Arcade is used. Allow users to request natural language logic like:

• “Calculate average daily traffic for the last 7 days”

• “Show a warning if water quality is outside safe limits”
  AI would return reusable Arcade snippets.

Use Case: Dashboard authors and Survey designers could build advanced logic much faster, lowering the learning curve for Arcade.
