Functionality to append PDF attachments to S123 generated reported

Support within Survey123 enterprise application or API to append PDF attachments uploaded through file-upload questions within Survey123 form to Survey123 generated report. 

Where clients are attaching engineering reports/design in PDF formats to S123 submissions we would like the ability to handle these within Survey123 rather than integrate with third party services.

Thanks for the feedback. To confirm your workflow: are you asking for Survey123 feature reports to append the full content of any PDF file-upload attachments to the end of the generated report, producing one combined .pdf or .docx report  per record? Or would it also work to package the original PDFs alongside the report (e.g., in a ZIP/subfolder) without merging?
