I have a survey on housing conditions. Following approval (set hidden field approval_status='appr'), I run a notebook that creates new features for each submission in a separate layer so submission content is viewable in configured pop-ups. Part of our approval process involves removing inappropriate content from submissions. When editing submissions in the Survey123 browser data tab the attachment options sometimes include 'common.delete', which appears to delete the whole submission, and other times show 'delete', which as intended deletes only the attachment, though I can't tell what I'm doing differently. Is this a bug or are there clear directions to get to 'delete' that I can give the members of my teams who will be approving submissions?
