Create dashed/dotted lines when using the annotate question type in Survey 123 as an option when drawing lines or shapes.

I think you can do this with a custom pallet.  Can set the number of dashes.

For Gas Line (Proposed), the color, width, and style properties are used to create a blue line that is five pixels wide, with a dash pattern of 4 on, 1 off. That is, solid line for a relative length of 4, followed by a space of length 1.
