I have surveys that I would like users to be able to submit to, but not have the ability to edit the feature layer within ArcGIS Online (i.e., not edit submissions made by other users). This appears to be limited by the User Type, and any User Type with the ability to submit surveys has editing permissions for those surveys. It would be beneficial to have a way to absolutely prevent some users (i.e., all those that aren't QA/QC people) from editing submissions made by others.
