Collect / Record Audio

Just looking for the ability to have a field, similar to a photo field, that instead is pressed and a message can be recorded. Later, once back in the office say, a speech to text  software could be used on the field. A witness statement, or a condition assessment report for instance.

Or perhaps it is a bird sighting app and you want to record the bird call, for later playback.
