Change hit box to match icon for Connect's "refresh" icon

The hit box for this "refresh" icon in connect is inside the two black arrows. All that white space beyond the arrows up to the edges of the icon actually opens the survey.

This is incredibly frustrating. I almost always click on the fringes of this button, resulting in the survey loading > me having to wait for it to load > clicking the back arrow to return to the previous page > trying again.

Just make the hit box match the icon.
