It would be great if we could add an image in the header of a form in Survey123 Connect. Most, or at least many, of other ESRI apps have this capability. S123 allows background images in the survey body, so hopefully this wouldn't be too hard to implement for the header. The workaround of using a note field with media::image is clunky and hackish, and often not as aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for considering this idea!
