Anyone have a COP template using the JavaScript API or ArcGIS for iOS?

I have evaluated the COP map template from ESRI, but it has one fatal flaw - Flex. Our department is moving to the iPad/iPhone interface. I don't want to reinvent the wheel with a separate map for mobile devices. Has anyone produced such a map?
