Visual bug with Video Block and "Float Right"

I noticed this issue on a previous project a few months ago but figured it could be specific to my video file and worked around it. Now I've noticed it on another project with a different file, and am wondering if anyone else can reproduce.

The issue is that if you have a video with a solid, light-colored background (white, for example) and put it into your main layout using the Float Right option with Playback set to "Autoplay without controls", there will often be a thin grey line visible on the righthand edge of the video. I've shared a test story that has the same video file inserted twice, once with Float Left and once with Float Right. You'll see that the Float Left is always fine. The Float Right video often has a visible line, though it seems to depend on the width of the browser window. If you drag and resize the browser window to make it narrower, the line will appear and disappear at different widths. I also inserted a video using the "Small" layout option and it seems that as you narrow the width of the browser window, the line will alternate visibility between the Float Right and Small video blocks. It doesn't seem to ever appear on mobile. I'm seeing this behavior in the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Perhaps a container alignment issue with the video block? I've attached the video file I used as well, and put a screenshot below. Both videos I've seen it happen with are H.264 MP4 files and a StoryMap theme with a white background.

I realize how relatively inconsequential this is, but hoping that also means it could be a relatively simple fix.

I'm not sure I've seen this before, but we will look into it. Thanks for reporting this and providing the video file for testing.
