The map tour map not loading in Chrome

I created a map tour with the Guided layout. The basemap used is 'Human Geography Light'. 

However, when I'm using Chrome (up-to-date) on my laptop, the map doesn't load both within the editor and on the published page. With Safari it seems to be fine. It also seems to work with Chrome on my phone.

Would appreciate it if anyone could share an idea or suggestion on how to solve it. Thank you!

@yoo -- I'm sorry you are having an issue with your story. I did some testing, but I'm not seeing any problems creating or viewing stories with map tours in Chrome.

If you are having an issue with a particular story or on a particular computer, try clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, please contact Esri Support and they can help you troubleshoot further as it may be an issue with specific content in your story.
