Story Maps not loading

I am getting a blank page when I am trying to open several of my story maps. I created the story maps long ago, and in the past I had seen a sad face sometimes, but this time I am getting a blank page. I refreshed the page several times and that worked some times but not others. I am using Google Chrome. But I also tried in Microsoft Edge and Firebox - same issue. They were working fine a couple of week ago. Any help?

I have the same problem with my Story Map which is my portfolio. Please help me fix this mistake. Some people in Ecuador have been telling me that it is impossible to open it.

From my experience, esri doesn't like stale cookies. Please advise your users to clear the cookies and try again.

Hi there,

I am experiencing this issue today (4/24/2024) with my published StoryMaps. I can log in and edit but clicking on the published link opens a blank page (StoryMap doesn't load for me and others who try the link). Is there a workaround for this?

@Speterson26 @DominicRoberge2 @OliviaHarrison - I'm sorry you experienced this issue. We noticed some abnormalities in our system monitoring this morning and are already taking corrective measures. Things should be back to normal shortly.

Hi,

I'm having trouble viewing StoryMaps on my computer. I've cleared the cache and tried different browsers. I can see the text, but the map itself doesn't appear.

@StefanieWenker -- There was a period of time earlier today where a similar issue was detected. The problem has been resolved, and our team is looking into ways to deter this from happening again.

Please let us know if you are still seeing this intermittent loading issues with any of your stories or collections.

We appear to be having this issue again today (4/24/2024) where published StoryMaps are not loading. Several others have expressed this issue. Is there a workaround?
