Issue- Text Formatting issue when pasting copied text into ArcGIS StoryMaps

Hello StoryMaps Team, 

We recently noticed an issue when pasting text from a word document (our outline) to ArcGIS StoryMaps. When pasting the text becomes formatted differently than surrounding text and there is no way to resolve the issue. This issue persists when published- Please see below:

Please resolve this issue, or create at tool to remove other formatting (similar to other text editors).

Amanda - have you tried pasting it in with ctrl-shift-v ?  I have been using that and it works well for pasting without formatting.

Thanks for the idea, just tried and no luck. Same issue 😕

bummer. I'm using Chrome and it has been working for me. I'm working on a Story Map now. so maybe a browser issue?
