Is it possible to upload a video file in ArcGIS StoryMaps - ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1?

What media file types and sizes are supported in ArcGIS StoryMaps?

You can upload images up to 10 MB for the following file types: JPEG, JPG, JFIF, PNG, SVG, GIF, and BMP. For performance reasons, it is recommended that you downsize very large images so their width and height are both less than 6,000 pixels before adding them to a story.

For video uploads, the story builder supports MP4 video files up to 50 MB. When a video is uploaded for background use on a cover, the video will automatically play and its audio will not be available."

I was wondering if this capability applies to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

For ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 it's similar. Here is the 10.9.1 version of that FAQ:

What media file types and sizes are supported in ArcGIS StoryMaps?

For images, the story builder supports image file sizes up to 20 MB for the following file types: JPEG, JPG, JFIF, PNG, SVG, GIF, and BMP. For video uploads, the story builder supports MP4 files up to 50 MB. When an MP4 video is uploaded for background use on a cover or in an immersive media panel, the video automatically plays and its audio is not available. For audio uploads, the story builder supports audio files up to 50 MB for the following file types: MP3 and WAV.

On Enterprise there is an installed/local version of the help for your version on your portal. For example, the FAQ you mentioned from the Online version of the help would be here on your enterprise portal: https://[your-server-name]/[your-portal-name]/portalhelp/en/storymaps/get-started/faq.htm.

You can launch the local version of the documentation/help from the (?) menu in ArcGIS StoryMaps or from your profile menu in ArcGIS.
