ArcGIS StoryMaps Map Tour error: “The data source for this tour no longer exists or you do not have the permission to use it”

I’m building a Map Tour and I keep getting this error message:

The data source for this tour no longer exists or you do not have the permission to use it.

I've repeatedly created a hosted feature layer shared with the entire public and extensively used ChatGPT for help troubleshooting.

The field names include Name, Description, and Image.
In StoryMap it only works for one hosted feature layer, the other ones from the same map aren´t working.

@TerezieVaňková -- I'm sorry you are having an issue creating a map tour. Could you share more information about the feature services and story that aren't working? Or, even better, are you able to share them with everyone and provide links to them here so we can investigate?

In the picture is one hosted feature layer called "scertynejsouzertymista", it is the only one that works in a map tour. In the second picture is a photo of an error for other hosted feature layers from the same map.
It says 
“The data source for this tour no longer exists or you do not have the permission to use it”
but the layers exist (I can use them in the Storymap but not in the map tour) and they are all visible for everyone.
I am sorry, but the project is in the czech language.

@TerezieVaňková - We took a look, but it's not immediately apparent what's going on and we can't reproduce this issue with other stories. Please contact Esri Technical Support and they can help you troubleshoot further.
