I often receive comments asking me to move the heading tabs for each map tour to the top of the page because users often don't know to scroll down to see the rest of the Story Map. I would like it if there was an option to move the headings tabs where you can click and select which map tour to view can have the functionality to be moved around the page and not fixed in place below the first page. That includes being able to move the Headings Tab to the top of the first page of the Story Map and in other places instead of being fixed in place. The arrow that points down to the second page is small and not easy to see by default so having the header tabs at the top of the page would help users navigate better.
