We are considering using a Briefings with an offline tablet for a sort of "kiosk" display at an event highlighting our agency. Given the offline capabilities of Briefings, as well as their streamlined navigation and features, we think they might be a good fit for this use-case where you want to offer a short, guided experience through and handful of data/maps/infographics and you're in an environment with a lot of people walking by who may only interact with it for a moment and then move on. Instant Apps have some solutions for this, but no offline capability. A traditional StoryMap also requires internet and can be a little more complex to navigate on a tablet. The existing autoplay mode in Briefings is nice but doesn't quite meet the same need.

Two options that come to mind for a kiosk mode would be a timed reset option after a period of inactivity, and an option to force the Table of Contents to always be open and ensure ease of navigation for each user (without them needing to locate the little ToC button in the header). Perhaps bigger, more obvious arrows for navigating sequentially between slides as well.
