It would be nice to be able to change the panel size within a map tour similar to the options in a sidecar. This would allow less scrolling when going through a map tour that includes a fair amount of text.
@LoreyStinton -- We are looking into this, but I just wanted to clarify which layouts you are referring to...
Currently the panel width is already adjustable for explorer and categorized tour layouts. It is not currently adjustable for guided tour layouts (map-focused or media-focused).
Can you please confirm that you are asking about adjusting the panel width for one or both of the guided tour layouts?
@OwenGeo - both of the guided tours (map-focused and media-focused).
I encourage students to try the different layouts to see what works best for communicating their story. When the text included in a guided tour is lengthy, it adds to scrolling fatigue.
