When you use the tool "Zonal statistics" (type majority), if there is a tie in a zone the output for all cell locations in the zone is assigned the lowest of the tied values. Someone knows if it is possible to assign the highest value instead of the lowest?
Maybe you are refering to focal statistics, because in this tool, if the majority value is repeated the program gives you "NoData" value. I hope they will change it again
