Using raster calculator to create constant raster

I'm new to working with rasters and raster calculator.  Does anyone know how to use the raster calculator to generate an expression that will create a constant raster.  I have a DEM and need to create constant raster with cell value 2400.

I think you don't even need an expression. There is a tool called Create Constant Raster. Just requires Spatial Analyst.
