I have not used this tool before, reading the spec I see that D-Infinity would suit my purpose best but the tool interface does not allow me to select this (only D8) or is it only accessible thro Python ? I trying to visualise the gradual change in the line of maximum gradient across a slope.
Thankyou, I am using ARCGIS Desktop and it seems not to have this facility, unless I have missed something, I guess the best way would be to script it?
Why not just use Pro... everyone has access to it and many of the spatial analyst tools in Pro have move substantially forward than their arcmap counterparts
