tool created for compactness is having issues

Hi

I have created the following tool:

in some scenarios it works, but I am usually getting results like this in my study area:

Any idea why it is only showing compactness in certain areas????

Could be an environment setting of processing extent or output extent, best to check the model builder environment settings and the settings for each tool.
