Too small watersheds

Hi

When I generate watersheds for an area using the tools in Spatial analyst I get nice watershed polygons, but to some pour points I get very small polygons (see attached polygon). They disturb the result. What is the reason to this? Is there a way to avoid this? I have used the Fill tool.

I can't see the pour points in your image. My suspician is they are not "snapped" to your stream grid. Find a way to get the pour points right on the stream grid and deliniate again.
