Spatial/Suitability Analysis, Recommendations Results

Hello, 

I'm working on a suitability analysis for vacant land, by having different land use recommendations for certain parcels based on different criteria. 

I've managed to get through the ModelBuilder, adding different criteria and weights, but I'm looking to have specific parcels with land use recommendations. Right now the suitability is on a very small scale, pixel rather than parcel, so the specific parcels have multiple suitabilities. Is there a way to group the analysis by parcels? Screenshots of the current suitability analysis and the parcels overlayed are included.

with your parcels as 'zones', you could look at a zonal majority if you want the dominant class within the zone

if you wanted a summary by class within the zone
