Spatial Analyst Only Showing Hotpsots Not Raster Overlays

I have used the raster calculator, weighted overlay and cell statistics to develop a resource function using 4 grid raster layers.  However, the only output I get is a few pixels where all these layers overlap not a summed map showing all the layers.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Cheers.

You will have to modify the spatial extent and then fill in the areas that are Nodata with a value. You cannot add the null values to real values.  There is workflow to work with the rasters with different spatial extents.  You will have to make sure all of the spatial extents match and there are no null values in the areas that you are trying to keep.
