Hello, I have road features in a shapefile that I want to get linear density on but despite several attempts, it is not going through. It comes up with a red X with no specific error message. I have tried several times on several machines with different cell size and radii. Has anyone else encountred such a problem? Thanks S
When you click on the red x it should give you an error message. Try changing the output location to your C:\temp folder and also make the name is no longer than 13 character unless you specify an output format other than grid.
Later on, I discovered that a GDB that was a Personal GDB was set up by a third party. When I switched over to File Geodatabase the problem did not happen!
