Hi i am using Arcgis Pro. I am trying to get the total solar radiation on rooftops in a city.
I used the image classification wizard to classify satellite imagery to get get a building footprint.I Have also a DSM which i ran through the area solar radiation tool
It would be great if someone could help me with the following:
1) how to use the building footprint as a mask, so i can just get the solar radiation on the roofs( i tried using extract by mask but not able to see the solar radiation for the buildings)
2) calculate the total area of the roof.
3)how to get solar radiation on the north facing roofs only.
