I have simple analysis problem, but it has been a long time since I have used Spatial Analyst and am not sure which tool (or tools) would be best suited. We have a bunch of satellite offices that each need to be assigned to one of our 5 central facilities, based on distance and the groundskeeping cost. We would like the total groundskeeping cost to be fairly equally disctributed among the five central facilities. What type of analysis would be best suited for this?
