I am trying to calculate Area Solar Radiation (Spatial Analyst -* Solar Radiation - Area Solar Radiation) from the Canada3D DEM map.  I always get the following error:

ERROR 010016: Error in calculating horizon and radiation.
ERROR 010005: Unable to allocate memory.

Anybody might know how I can fix this problem?  Or if there is a better DEM map I can use to get Solar Radiation data for Northern Quebec (James Bay and Hudson Bay region)

Thank you,

Michel

you are probably trying to cover too big an area, check the help topic, it is not designed to do broad regions covering many degrees of latitude

Those two errors happen when the points and the elevation model are not in the same projection.
