Totally not possible, you need an elevation file (DEM) for your area.  Return when you have one and not an image of the area.  Best of luck

Google, Chrome search, your local government might have data, otherwise, you are out of luck unless you want to buy data

Esri publishes worldwide elevation data for free, and includes products like slope, aspect, and hillshade dynamically.  See, What are the World Elevation services?

Go here:

Join the group.  Then you should have access.

Note, access to these services will be changing somewhere in the 1-2 month horizon.  By joining the group you ensure you receive notifications about the upcoming changes.  My understanding is that they will remain 'free', but other requirements will have to be met for them to remain free.  I'm not actually involved in managing these services so it's best to rely on the groups communication to group members.

Best,
Eric
