The spatial analyst toolbar changes from 9.x to 10.x are all spelled out in the 10.0 help.

You do have the spatial analyst extension obviously... why do you have a SA floating toolbar and an empty spot circled on the docked toolbar area? In essence, can you revisit your question and elaborate
I am so sorry to let u confused. I am not good at express in Engilsh
my problem is ,when i select Georefenrencing in Customize. it show shortcut keys like on the red circle .
But i select Spatial Analyst it didn't show up the selection like the bottom of small picture (that pic is screen shot,the version is Arcgis 9.X.X)
I dont want to one bye one to search what i need with ArcToolbox . I just want to that i often used Function could show one the top

Hi Edmond,
The small image you placed on top of your screen shot is an image from pre 10.0. Since 10.0 the toolbar has been stripped. All the functionality you are looking for (and more) can be found in the Spatial Analyst Toolbox:

so...there is no other way to let SA show again like Gis9.X.X ?? cause i really need it for convenience..
If you go to tools/customize you can add any tool to the Geoprocessing menu.
Also, the interface in ArcGIS Pro may be more to your liking.

why not create your own Custom Toolbar and add your most frequently used tools to it
