AIB images (OS Map Tiles) to an arcmap 10 compatible format?

We've been given some OS mapping in *.AIB format. this appears to be a legacy format for ArcInfo is there anyway we can convert this into a format thats compatible with ArcView 10 (we have spatial analyst as our only extension)?
