GIS Request Management - Survey123 web & Survey123 Connect not synced.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before within Survey123, within or outside of the GIS Request Management Solution. While configuring the GIS Activity form within Survey123 Connect, the "Goals and Capabilities" section of the form is hidden, but when I open the link to the form to submit an activity using the link embedded within the "GIS Request Management Center" experience, the Goals and Capabilities section is then showing. If I were to open the GIS Activities Survey 123 form directly through AGOL and were to submit an activity within my browser, the "Goals and Capabilities" are once again not displaying. Has anyone seen this before, and is there something that I'm missing within my excel sheet that I could be missing?AGOL__browser.pngexperience_link.pngSurvey123_connect.png

@TalaMadigan - The visibility of the Goals and Capabilities group of the GIS Activity survey form is controlled by a parameter in the body::esri::visible cell of the Survey123 Connect XLS form (Row 30, Column AA).

The URL of the Survey123 form embedded in the GIS Activities Dashboard includes the ${manager}='Yes' parameter, thus making it visible when accessed in the dashboard/ExB app.

The idea is that only certain people that have access to the dashboard/ExB app (i.e., GIS Managers) have the ability to update the goals and capabilities for activities. If you want to change this behavior, remove the parameter from the cell in Survey123 connect, and the survey URL in the embedded content element in the GIS Activities dashboard.
