GIS Request Management Solution - Dashboard color changes?

Can someone tell me how to change the color behind the word Activities?

This is in the GIS Request Management Solution. In the above screenshot I am editing the dashboard that shows all the activities. I found the place where the word "Activties" can be edited - it's the Top Caption. I've gone into the code under that edit screen and tried to change the background color, but it won't hold or save. I'm sure there is something small I am overlooking.

SMH. I just had to click the "Source" button again and it held. 

I knew it was something easy!
