I am deploying the GIS Request Management Center for the first time on Enterprise 11.3.
Everything seems to be working so far, except for the My Activities dashboard, which is empty. I'm not sure if this is normal or if something isn't configured correctly. I have entered some test data which does appear under Activities in the Request Management Center application and also in the My GIS Requests dashboard. I'm uncertain as to how the My GIS Requests Dashboard relates o the My Activities dashboard.

The My GIS Activities dashboard has been configured to filter by the "username" of the individual logged in. If You go to the dashboard in edit mode, scroll down in the Sidebar to the filter "Team member" you will see your username has been populated in the filter. If you assign the activity to yourself you should then see the activities.

@BrandiRank22 , thank you. I had changed the 'modify team member list' configuration but had the wrong value for the username under 'name' in the XLSForm. All working now.
