This solution indicates that is uses the ArcGIS World Geocoding service but can that be swapped out with our own E-911 service?

Hi Garth,

Yes, you can use your own E-911 service. You can add it to the search settings. In the Instant App configuration panel, click the Interactivity tab, then click Search. In the Search configuration panel, click Add a source. Click Locator, then click the Set up source drop-down arrow and choose From URL. Type your URL in the Enter Locator URL text box, then click Add source. You can test your locator in the app configuration by searching for an address, or you can publish the app and search in the published app.
