3D Basemap: problem in Segment roof parts (building toolbox)

I have experienced problem in working on Segment roof parts of Create Building Tool box  in 3D basemap solution. I have attached the error message with this question. Could you please help me to resolve this? Why I am getting this problem? It seems like there is a problem with python scripting on this tool.
