We're exploring digitizing our Cemetery Plot Records and it would be really nice to have a pre-canned Solution for storing Cemetery Plot Data that can be used for managing these plots.
@Laura - you should be able to click on the highlighted burial/owner record in the table of the dashboard to unselect it.
@Laura - Have you loaded data into both the gravesite feature layer and owner/burial tables? The next step would be to join the gravesites with each table via Gravesite ID and calc the Global ID to establish a relationship.
Yes, I have already done that. I need to add more data and update other data since performing the join. When I appended the first time it automatically removed that join for me and all times following that in which I am trying to update data I am getting errors in both AGOL and Pro. Esri support is also getting the errors I am at the moment.
Other issues are being brought up on: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-solutions-questions/moving-from-a-solution-in-agol-to-portal/m-...
Thank you @Laura, I will keep an eye on the progress of the bug. I have not come across that error in ArcGIS Pro before, and the help documentation about it is sparse. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/tool-errors-and-warnings/160001-170000/tool-...
I am curious to see what Esri Support uncovers.
Hi there!
So, I've done a bit of extra configuring on the Cemetery Manager application so that it includes an additional web map I made specifically for reconciling unresolved issues that only the cemetery manager can. I've called my map 'outstanding issues'. Take a look at the screenshots:
This is the Burial web map.
There are only a few fields showing. This is what I'm trying to accomplish in my 'outstanding issues' map. All of the fields are showing. How can I get it to only show a few like the burials map?
@Allie - You need to configure the attributes in your Outstanding Issues web map. Open the web map in Map Viewer Classic, then select the feature layer and click "Configure Pop-up". Then click "Configure Attributes". Check the fields you want to display and edit. Select a field to change its alias, order it, and format it. The fields you set to Display are shown as columns in the Manager app. The fields you set to Edit are editable when you select a record in the Manager app. Here's a screenshot from the Burials web map for reference:
