Solutions are great, but when you deploy them they can create multiple groups and even dozens of items in your online GIS system. There's no standard indication in these items and groups indicating that they're linked to a solution, or a specific solution.

Idea: when Solutions creates items/groups the title or description should always include the term "ESRI Solution" or another way of indicating the item/group is part of a solution so that we can find them for management/governance situations.

Hi @SAldrich_ingov -

Here are some tips for identifying items and groups that were created from deploying an ArcGIS Solution.

1. Search for items and groups using the keyword tags: and search for "ArcGIS Solutions". All items and groups created from a solution has this tag. (e.g., tags: "ArcGIS Solutions").

2. When an ArcGIS Solution is deployed, a folder with the same name as the solution is created in the user's content, and all of the items for that solution are stored in that folder.

3. In the Solutions App, you can click on My Solutions to view the solutions you've deployed. Clicking on a solution will open the Solution Item, which shows a Solution Contents drop-down view of all the information products and dependent items. You can also delete Solutions and all associated items from the My Solutions tab as well.

Hope this helps.
