How to draw smooth flow b/w two coordinates ?

I'm using ArcGis 4.11 java script api. Is there way to connect the lines between two coordinates with smooth flow?

  Currently No. They have plans to work on graphic animation though in future releases.

Could you please suggest any other options to draw growing lines in ArcGis Map ?

It is possible in the JS API 3.x just not in 4.x yet.
